Bill and I went to Faith Riders Chapter meeting this morning.  They had nominations for officers and no one wanted to be nominated, so we have the same wonderful officers.  I shared my testimony at the end of the meeting.  God sure helped me, because I get nervous in front of big groups. Eli and Jack were still sleeping when we left and by the time I got home at 11, had just gotten up.  They ate breakfast as soon as I set out the stuff.  They watched some tv and then played air hockey.

Rody took Jacob's senior pictures at Dow Gardens today.  They turned out amazing!  Vikki took Adam and Claire's homecoming pictures and they turned out beautiful too.  What a busy day at the Russells.

Vikki came over and left Peyton with me before she went back to go with Kimmy.  I took Jack, Eli and Peyton to McDonalds to eat before Eli had to be at his game.  We got to the game and found Jared.  He got Eli's things out of the car.  I thought Eli forgot to put something in their van, so I walked over to do it, but saw that Thor was in their van and didn't want to have him get out on me.  I walked over to the soccer field Eli was playing on, carrying 2 chairs, two big blankets, my coffee and my phone.  Where did all my helper kids disappear to.  Jared saw me coming and came to rescue me.  I asked him if he knew Thor was in his van and he said he did.  What a bummer to have happen on such a busy day.
Eli's team was kind of slow starting off, but they sure got fired up in the second half.  Eli got an amazing goal.  Of course we were yelling with excitement.  They ended up winning the game!  Go Team.  The kids did some great playing.  Kimmy called and Jared had to meet them after the game.  He didn't want to let me take Thor home in my car.  I insisted though, and just put a plastic bag down and had Eli keep him on it on the floor on the way home.  I was so happy to be able to help Jared because he always does so much for all of us.  We got to see Jacob when we dropped Eli off and he showed Jack the kittens.  I took Jack home, then Peyton and I went to McDonalds because we didn't eat when the boys did earlier.  She came home with me until Vikki picked her up.  She drew me a beautiful picture and hung it on my refrigerator.  It's of a kitty of course.

Some of the sunflowers hanging in the garage

Went to my morning Bible Study.  It was so good and so much fun.  Maddy, Annette, Tamarah, Judy, and Deb sit at my table.  They are all so nice.  After class, I went and picked up Jack and Evan to come spend the day (Jack is spending the night too.)  So happy the grandkids love spending the night.  We are blessed.  Jack and Evan played the wii.  We picked up lunch from Culvers and ate it here.  Vikki and the twins came over and Kimmy and Eli came.  Jack and Eli were very happy to hang out together.  Kimmy, Vikki and I sat out on the deck for a while with the gas fire pit going.  Vikki got cold, so we went inside and hung out.  She fixed our wall clock that was my mom and dads, except the chime doesn't sound too good, so we have to work on that.  Kimmy and Eli left because Eli had soccer practice.  Jack and I went to pick him up when it was over so he could spend the night here.  We watched a movie, then I went to bed.  Bill came to bed shortly after.  I got up to tell the boys they had to go to bed by 2, because I didn't want them too tired tomorrow.

Kit Kat was sure comfy by the garage door.  I love how she puts her paw over her face.  I went in and out several times and she never woke up

Last picking of the garden
Sunflower seed harvesting time

I met Maddy and Brielle at Bob Evans for breakfast.  I love holding Brielle.  She is such a good baby and so cute with all of her cute expressions.  She is moving her tongue a lot now when she gets excited like she wants to talk.  She's making cute noises.  We had a yummy breakfast, then sat visiting for a while.

I went to Sam's Club to pick up some Nesquik for Bruce and Melissa, then dropped it off at their house.  When I got home, Bill was parking the camper back in it's spot.  The jacks are replaced and working great.  I scrubbed the garage of the camper out.  When we left St. Helen, it had rained a lot so the motorcycle left muddy tracks.  It sure looks good now.

I picked the beets, some green peppers, pulled the onions up, then picked some sunflowers and hung them to dry.  I got the seeds out of one I had hanging.  So fun to harvest them for the birds.  It rained, so I will pick more after they dry some out there.  Kit Kat was cute.  She played sleeping really sound by the door to the garage.  I went in and out several times and she never budged.

I worked more reading and studying the Bible for my class tomorrow.  Talked to Melissa and Vikki today and texted with Adam.

Riverboat after it dropped everybody off.  It was built and then used on the Mississippi River.  A man and his two sons bought it, had it brought here and started this business in Frankenmuth
Taking off for our ride. The limestone by the waterfall and lining the sidewalk was brought here from Niagara Falls

Jared, Rody, and Bill redoing Vikki and Rody’s pool table they just got

She was so comfy no wonder Vikki couldn't wake her up

I was doing my Bible Study for my class and Bill was taking his summer clothes upstairs and bringing cool weather clothes downstairs when Diane messaged me and asked us to come to Frankenmuth and ride the riverboat with them, then go out to lunch.  We didn't have much time, but got ready and headed there.  Bill took a short cut, but got behind someone going 25 mph and couldn't get around them.  We got to the River Place, parked and walked as fast as we could to where the boat was.  Diane and James were waiting at the ramp with our tickets.  We got there 5 minutes before it was time for the boat to go.  We sure were praying and so was Diane.  The riverboat ride was beautiful and so informative about the riverboat and about the history of Frankenmuth.  We found out lots of things we didn't know.
After we got back, we went to the Marv Herzog Brewery Restaurant and at a delicious lunch.

When we got home, Kimmy, Jared and the boys came over.  Kimmy went with me to drop off a lab test and picked up Vikki's favorite ice and filled it with water for her.  Vikki and the twins were at my house when we got home.   Bill was hooking up the trailer to go pick up a pool table Vikki was buying.  The guy couldn't be there at the time he said, but Vikki got it set up so it worked out for everyone to go and help.  I took Peyton and Isaac to McDonalds, then took them to their Youth Group.
Jared brought Jacob back to my house to get his backpack and instrument for his lesson.  I took him to his lesson and waited around until he was done which was at 9:15.  We headed to Vikki's and helped some with the pool table.  The guys were recovering it and did a great job.  Kimmy did some perfect stitching that amazed us, and then everyone got the pool table together.  Bill and Adam sure enjoyed playing a game on it.  It's so nice and will be super nice for kids and adults both to play.  It is in a perfect spot with nice lights above it.  We are so blessed how all of our family helps each other out.

Vikki tried to wake Peyton up to show her the pool table because she went to bed so good and asked if Vikki would wake her up.  She was too comfy as the picture shows and didn't get up.

Me and Evan after his soccer game
Evan did great playing soccer tonight.  He sure is a fast runner!

I got my early morning text from Adam.   Got ready and went to get blood drawn before I ate.  My doctor wanted the results before my wellness doctor appointment.  After that, Bill and I went to look at an outdoor table and chair set.  I said like new in their ad, but the table needed painting and the chairs were fraying.  That didn't show in their picture.  Bill went home, and I went to visit Melissa and Max before I picked Lisa up for lunch.  Lisa and I went to Olive Garden and had a nice lunch and a nice visit.  I came home after that and did some outside stuff, then came in and worked on my in depth study of 1 Peter.

Kenzie came around 3 and surprised me and brought me a sub from JJ's.  That was so sweet of her.  We had a nice visit on the deck while we ate lunch and she gave Kit Kat lots of attention.

After she left, I worked on my Bible study more, than got ready and went to Evan's soccer game at Valley.  It was a beautiful warm day and he played great.  He ran so fast.  He was happy to see me there when he got done playing.  He's such a fun kiddo.

I went to intercessory prayer after that.  Awesome worship and awesome prayer time as the Holy Spirit lead in and amazing way.  Amazing testimonies of answered prayer too.  15 of us were there.

Came home and talked to Sue, Melissa, Vikki and texted Adam.
