9/21/19....Rode our motorcycle to St. Helen, Went to sawdust days

Daryl, Bill and Greg!  We ready to take off and ride to Prudenville to meet  CMA people camping in St. Helen for lunch

Trees are starting to turn color

Beautiful scenery along the way to St. Helen
Beaverton....I got poison Ivy here across the bridge on this side when I was 11 at the boat races
Beautiful Amish home we passed

The Lake was beautiful in Prudenville
We met CMA people at Buccilli's Pizza in Prudenville...great food
Greg serving us pizza
Some CMAers in their 4 wheelers

Most of us on motorcycles went on a great ride after lunch

Stopped at a gas station with a pretty store on our ride.  They had a scripture on their gas pump which was so wonderful to see!

Greg relaxing on the single person swing
This girl was real sweet.  She didn't speak real clear English, but I think her name is Paula.  She scooted over and told me there was room on her swing for both of us.  Ha Ha, I was pretty squished.  She and her husband are state reps. for CMA

This store had such beautiful plants

Greg and the rest of the group getting ready to finish our ride
Jeanette and Mark pulled in with their camper.  She was driving, he got out, and she backed the camper in.  I was like WHAT, I only go forward.  Then I remembered she's a bus driver.
She just had knee replacement surgery a couple of weeks ago.  We were so happy to see them.  Haven't spent time with them since we camped with them, Vikki and the twins in Davison.

Ron, Sandy, Jeanette, Mark, Kathy, and Jeff (Peka too)
We left our house at 10 to ride to St. Helen.  It was beautiful, in the 70's when we left and then in the 80's.  The ride was amazing.  Loved seeing the beautiful scenery, Amish homes, and buggies. Saw one farmer and his horses harvesting wheat.  They sure work hard.  Got to Buccilli's in Prudenville and had a delicious dinner.  Great salad bar, cheesy breadsticks and pizza.  So nice seeing Roger and Rayleen again. (They used to be our National Evangelists, but retired)  They had an amazing anointing from the Lord.  Sure was great getting to talk to them again.  Mike and Gail were there too.
Most all of the State Leaders came.  After lunch, we went on a great motorcycle ride.  So much fun!
We stopped at a cute store on our ride. We got caught in a downpour for about 5 miles.  Weird...My jeans and top didn't even get wet.  I did tuck my sleeves in my vest. It was a little damp, but dried very fast when the sun came out.  Got to the campground, and walked around to see everyone.  We were very happy when we saw Mark and Jeanette pull in with their camper.  We hung out at their campsite for a while, then had to head for home.  We went to Hemlock Sawdust Days on our way home.  Walked around in the park.  Bill met a friend he worked with there.  Talked to him and his wife for a while.  Talked to Melissa and Vikki when I got home.  Sure was happy to talk to them.
Made my day. Messaged with Kenzie and Chatted on Facebook Messenger with Teresa Fisher.
It was a super fun day!
