We went to church. Kathleen Cronin gave a testimony of how God spared her life when she was in a head on car crash a few days ago. It was mostly on her side of the car and she only has 2 broken toes and some bruises. Sure am thanking God she's ok. She wanted to take to me after church to tell me about a vision she had of Melissa. A bright shining ball that glowed was on her head and traveled down her spine. It was God's healing. God uses her lots with giving her visions. We went to the Olive Garden and met the Beemer's there. We had a nice visit and a great meal. I had chicken fettuccini and broccoli. They still had buy one meal for 12.99 and take a meal home free. Great deal. I took half of my meal home too. Melissa and I shared the one meal the next day and then at night I at the half I had left over that night. When I got home, I called Marie and she was in lots of pain and going to the ER. I told her she should try Saginaw's ER because she wasn't getting results where she has gone the last 3 times. I said I would meet them there. I went to Covenant and there were about 50 upset black people outside the door. I went in and there were two security guards and they were having people go through a scanner. While I was waiting I heard them say they were going to have to start using a body scanner too. When I got inside, there was a young man with 3 small children. I asked if there had been a shooting and he said he didn't know, but someone had just tried to break in the door and was using bad language right in front of his kids. He looked nervous. I was nervous too, so I called Marie and they decided to go to St. Mary's. We met there and she finally got relief from her pain. A friend of ours, Tim Holden) that goes to our church came in and visited with us.Then Marie's nurse, Jessica, was the mom of a couple of kids in my Sunday School class. Their grandma, Cheryl, brings them to church, but I have met Jessica a couple of times. It took me a while to figure out where I had seen her. Marie was worried about Roy, so she tried to order something for him. They said she couldn't and that she could only order for herself. She was going to order and then they told her she hadn't got the ok from the dr. to eat yet. I told her I would get something for Roy and asked what he liked. She told me tuna or egg salad. I looked up Bringer Inn and they were closed, so went to Tim Hortons. They used to have egg salad, but no longer do. I got a Club sandwich and took it to him. He loved it. Marie ate half of it after she got the ok from her doctor.
She was released to go home, so I came home and got to watch a movie with Bill.

9/8/18..Took Max to his Appointment in Cass City. Bill went to Bikes on the Bricks. We sold his roll top desk. Went to see God Bless the Broken Road and then to Outback for our Anniversary. Cleaned our room together
Cute card Bill got me...he picked it out a year ago. Dollar Bill and a penny inside

| Had this great sandwich at Nick's County Oven Restaurant. It was a turkey sandwich with turkey they had roasted and carved. It was the most delicious sandwich ever! |
Walked through the drug store after that. It is a huge one and has lots of nice stuff in it. I bought a silicone cake pan cover that will fit my big cake pans. After I got done there, it was time to go pick up Max. He jokingly said he wanted to drive, but I said no of course. While we were driving he saw the speed limit sign and told me it was 55. Then he saw a M81 Road sign and said I could go 81 miles an hour. Boy am I glad I didn't let him drive. He said they went to the Dollar store and had a scavenger hunt when he was at his appointment. He went with two other kids and 2 other adults. He had a fun time. His favorite guy left and he was a little nervous, but he really like the girl he had.
After I dropped him off, I went home and looked up what shows were on at the movie theater. God Bless the Broken Road started today. I asked Bill if he wanted to go and he did. It was a great movie. After it was over, we went to the Outback for steak and baked potatoes for our anniversary celebration. They gave us a free Oreo fudge dessert for our anniversary and it was delicious. What a fun time! We are so blessed to have each other and have the Lord in our lives. Thank You Jesus!

Bill and I had fun going to the car show in Frankenmuth. We took pictures, walked around, talked to some friends we saw from church and Stacie's in laws. What a fun time. Wes and Gayla were at the other end so we didn't get to see them. We went to Debbie and Jeff Davis's afterwards since we parked across from their house. Their house is right where Bill used to live when he was a kid. They tore his house down though and it's a street now. We had a great visit, enjoyed seeing their kitchen remodel, and then they prayed over us before we left. It was a beautiful evening and was just the right temperature.

Wes and Gayla made pancakes and bacon for us today for breakfast. We all ate at the picnic table under the canopy. We went to the worship service and Run for the Son Service. After that we took a ride to Harbor Springs. We were going to eat at Wes and Gayla’s favorite restaurant there but saw it had burned down and was being cleared away. We ate across the street instead. It took a long time but the food was great. We headed back to the campground and avoided some storms ahead. Wes took our group a great way and we kept turning towards clear skies. When we were about two miles from BayShore, we stopped and put our rain suits on. As soon as we got them on and got on the motorcycles it started raking. It wasn’t near as bad as the storms we avoided though. We went to an ice cream social afterward with free ice cream. Bill and Sabrina came up. He was pretty scraped up and had lots of bandages but is doing great. We are praising and thanking God! We all went to Trinity Riders potluck, but just visited with friends because we were still too full from lunch to eat. Went to the evening service and then played cards. I finally won tonight.
