Happy Birthday Kimmy and Vikki. I love you both so very much!  I can't even put into words how much you bless my life and what wonderful daughters you are!  God blessed us when he gave us you twins!

I took Melissa to therapy.  The kids didn't have school, so Jack wanted to come with us.  We dropped Melissa off and then went to Tim Horton's.  Bill and Charlie were there so we went and talked to them and Jack gave big hugs to them.  We got Jack and Oreo donut and came back to my house so he could eat it and have cider.  He played Indiana Jones on the Wii afterwards.  I loved having him come with me and loved all the hugs he gave me.  He held all the doors open for me today too.  What a nice boy he is.  I love how he sang the song "Joy" on the radio too. Reminded me of Jacob.  Great singers and worshippers.  We went and watched Melissa finish her therapy and then I took them home.  I went in and saw the kids and got my hugs.  Came home and went through more pictures upstairs.  When the kids got out of school, Vikki let us know she was heading to Tim Hortons.  Bill and I headed over there too, and then Kimmy and the Boys came.  Jared came after a short time.  We had such a nice time celebrating the Birthday Girls.  After we left there, we stopped at Tony's Take Out and got two steak sandwiches and a coke to split.  On our way home, we turned on Midland off from Saginaw Road and saw an Eagle flying above us.  It was beautiful.  I sure am seeing lots of them lately.  We finished eating and then got ready and went to Community Village to help the residents play Bingo.  They are always so happy to see us come and we are happy to see them.  Love doing this!

Walked with Bill at the SportsZone.  Came home and ate oatmeal.  Went to fill both of our vehicles up with gas so we could use our $1 off up to 35 gallons.  Went to the Dollar Store and got some cards to cover Birthdays through Feb.  They have Hallmark cards now which is great. I thought I had two daughter Birthday Cards, but only had one in my card box, so picked up one of those too.

Kimmy came after work and we went to Vikki's to pick her and Melissa up.  Went to Zehnders so Kimmy and Vikki could enjoy their free birthday dinners.  Melissa and I had their half hot chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes and dressing.  The waitress was really nice and let the girls share the side dishes and bread they got with their meals.  We had such a nice time and sure got full of great food.  Saw Ralph and Marge French in line while we were waiting to get seated.
Went to Bronner's so the girls could get their free ornament.  Walked around and looked at musical ornaments, drone ornaments and other things.  Dropped Kimmy and Vikki off at Vikki's and then took Melissa home.  I came home and got my lesson for Care group and headed to Schrams.  Bill had to go to his Marine Corp Meeting.  We had a good lesson at care group.  Came home and Bill got home shortly after me.  Watched  the news.

Jack, Evan and Max

Melissa made the cover of the Mary Free Bed Brochure!  She's famous now!  Floyd wasn't her  regular therapist but he made the brochure too.  She called him the torture guy because he would have her do stretches that were painful.  He helped her a lot though.

We went to breakfast.  Nine of us were there.  Went to Kroger afterward to get creamer.  Came home and filled out our Passport application and voter absentee ballot.  Went and turned in our applications and had our pictures taken.  Went to Melissa's to visit for a little while.  She gave me a cabbage bun for lunch that the Small Group had made for them to freeze. It was yummy.   I  took her to Therapy after that..  She was on the lokomat today.  Melissa gave Ashley a picture of the two of them so she could let Shawale know she had a picture too.  She was so funny and happy and went to show him right away.  Melissa has so much fun there even though it's lots of hard work for her.  I was there for about 15 minutes before Vikki came.  She stayed because she wanted to watch Melissa on the Lokomat, and I left.  Saw Matthew and Tom in the parking lot.  Talked to them for a while.  He was going to go see Melissa.  I went to get Melissa's van and then picked up Peyton and Isaac.  Peyton was out really fast and Isaac was behind her except he held the door open for a bunch of kids.  Polite little sweetheart.  We headed over to get Max, Jack and Evan from school and them went to Melissa's.  Vikki and Melissa were home already.  It was so exciting to see Melissa's picture on the cover of the Mary Free Bed Brochure.  What a great smile she has.  We went in for a while and then Vikki, the kids and I all left.  When I got home, the Marine Corp league people were at our house.  I made coffee for them and put some cookies out.  The were here for a couple of hours for a meeting.   After they left, we ate and then watched our regular game shows and then a Hallmark Movie.  Eli had a field trip to Bay City State Park, and Jared got to chaperone it.  I remember being the chaperone when Hailey's class went there.  It was so much fun and so nice.  I borrowed some of Kimmy's pictures. Happy news today....Wes and Gayla were on the cancellation list for the Shack at Thanksgiving.  There were two couples on the list ahead of them.  They got a call saying there was a cancellation and they now have a room.  YAY.

Walked with Bill and Christine at SportsZone, Worked on Upstairs Bedroom, Took HorseTherapy papers to Tina, Picked up Max, Jack and Evan from School

Camper all winterized and cleaned out for winter

Evan, Max and Jack with their Wendy Meals and Frosty's

Saw an Eagle flying down our road on the way home. Have to zoom in to see it.

We went to the SportsZone to walk.  We were happy Christine Holden was their to walk with us.  She went to our church, but has moved to Ludington.  She is an amazing friend and prayer warrior.
She told me how Melissa's post bless her because of her positive attitude and trust in the Lord.  I worked on going through stuff and putting it in the attic in tubs.  Have lots of pictures to go through next and give them away and put the rest  in tubs.  Have tons of my moms pictures that the girls need to go through.  Melissa had a good Neurologist appt. in Owosso today.  I dropped off the horse therapy forms to Tina at the horse farm for Melissa.  Picked Max, Jack and Evan from school.  I took them to Wendy's afterwards and got them kids meals and a frosty.  They were so happy and kept thanking me and Jack kept giving me hugs. On my way home, I turned on my road and there were two eagles.  One flew down the road ahead of me and hen circled around.  It got pretty close, but there was a car right behind me so I didn't get to focus my camera good and get a close picture.  It was beautiful.  When I got home I  fixed dinner.  Bill and I watched the Movie Wonder in the evening.

Some beautiful color on the way
We joined Trinity Riders for lunch at Momma Cillies Pizzeria in Harrison

Went to Jays and walked around afterward

We got up and got ready for our Faith Riders Color Ride.  We put lots of layers on because we knew it was supposed to be 51 and Sunny.  The Electric Seats worked great and I was dressed so warm I didn't get cold at all.  It was such an enjoyable ride.  We went to Cops and Donuts first and I had a Bear Claw and Bill had a glazed donut.  Had coffee with good creamer too.  Loved seeing the Horse and buggy by there.  Went to Momma Cillie's Pizzeria for Lunch.  They had a delicious buffet and salad bar.  Great soup too.  We met Trinity Riders (our group we started with) there and ate with them.  Afterward both groups went to Jays.  Then we headed for home.  Worked on setting up our bluetooth speakers when I got home.  They worked great for Bill and I to talk to each other.  Now I had to learn how to play my music through it, how to play the radio and preset stations and how to use the voice for the phone calls I make.  Relaxed and watched the Michigan State Game and then the Michigan Game with Bill.

10/11/18...Took Melissa to Therapy, Went to Aldi's, Shark Electric Came, Sold old Vanity, Faith Riders Meeting

It was cold today but my plant outside blossomed

Picked Hailey up from Volleyball practice and took her home

                             Faith Rider's Chapter Meeting

Took Melissa to therapy this morning.  Went to Aldi's to get a few things.  Went early to pick Melissa up so I could watch her on the lokomat.  She sure is doing great on it now.  Nice to see her use her walker to get off of it instead of needing the wheelchair like before.  While I was sitting watching her, the therapist she had while she was in the rehab, Shewale,  was signaling Melissa be quiet, while he snuck up behind me and grabbed my shoulders and started talking.  Sure scared me.  He thought it was pretty funny.  He talked to us for a while and was so happy about Melissa improving so much.
We went to Tony's after that and Vikki met us for lunch.  Fun time with sweet daughters.  Came home and the guy from Shark Electric came to purge the furnace because we had new registers put in the bathroom, hallway and utility room.  He found a leak in the new pipes, so the guys that did our bathroom will be coming tomorrow to fix them.  Then Shark will come back to finish purging.  Nice that we have our kernel burner.  A couple came and bought our old bathroom vanity and over the toilet cabinet for $300.  They are going to put a bathroom in their kennel.  Happy to have that gone out of the garage.  Went to our Faith Riders Chapter Meeting.  It was so nice.  It was nomination night for new officers.  Nice to see so many people want to help out and do things.  We have 3 new members too....Beemers and Eva.  There were 22 at the meeting.  Came home and watched more on the damage from Hurricane Michael.  It hit Panama City where we stayed last year.  So terrible.  Heartbreaking to see.
