Christmas Cookie Decorating Time Again! What Fun! 11/28/07

We had lots of fun decorating Christmas cookies. I didn't get to do as many as usual because Bill started helping and he and Kenzie had most of them done by the time I got them cut out and baked. I appreciated all their help. My dad was happy to get some and he only had a couple left when I went to his house today. He said my sister, Jody and her hubby helped him eat them and enjoyed them.
You can see my new great grandbaby in the pictures. Kenzie never has like playing with dolls much until just lately. I am enjoying watching her now. Melissa always loved dolls so much, but Kimmy and Vikki only liked their Cabbage Patch Dolls when they were older. Hailey loves dolls just like Melissa did and I love it. Kenzie will probably outgrow this pretty quick so I will enjoy it while I can. She has been playing dolls with Hailey and I think that's why she's into it now.
I am watching Hailey and Max today so I will be taking som. e pictures. I wish I would have taken some of Jacob and Adam the other day, but I just took videos and forgot to take pictures. I will make up for it next time. Nice job on Max's hair Kimmy. You are so talented not to mention so sweet.

Candlewalk 2007

Candlewalk pictures 11/23/07

We had a very nice time at the Candlewalk. Bruce, Melissa, Hailey, Max, Vikki, Rody, Mykenzie, Bill and I went. There were beautiful carolers, Fun and games for the kids, hot cocoa, cookies, and donuts. The walk through the city was peaceful and loved the horse drawn carriages. The horses were just beautiful. Hailey, Max and Kenzie loved the reindeer. Hailey cried and didn't want to leave them.
We dressed in layers so stayed nice and warm even though the temperature was pretty cold out. This is a tradition we have done for many years now and thoroughly enjoy.

These pictures were taken on Thanksgiving Day. It was a nice day with family, although it was hard without my mom here. We missed Kimmy and Jared and the boys too as they were spending the holiday with Jared's family. We did have Truman though so we had a majorily "big" part of the family. We were very thankful for all of our many blessings.

11/20/07

I am way behind with blogging. I am just now putting pictures from Kenzie'
s birthday on. Have more to put on later too. I thought the pictures of Jacob and Max eating nanas at Nana's was cute. For some reason they love bananas at Nana's.
My very favorite is the boys in their coats and hats. Kimmy took it and did a great job. I also love the ones of Kenzie and Truman. They were having so much fun.
The neighbor girl came over and they all just ran and played for a long time. I was glad to see Truman getting exercise. He sure loves Kenzie. He is always excited to see her. She is spending lots of time with him. He is doing great and is the best dog ever. I can't believe how obedient he is. Hope he rubs off on Mocha when it comes to coming when called. Well, Bill has to do a funeral tomorrow and I have to type it yet tonight so have to make this short. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone if I don't get on tomorrow. Love to all!!!
