12/4/18 Took Melissa to therapy, went to breakfast,

Gayla started another Christmas Cactus and it is in blossom.  She brought it to breakfast and gave it to me because mine hasn't blossomed yet.  I was so happy.

Gayla gave me one leaf to start rooting in water.  This is what it looks like two years later.  Still no blossom,s but it sure has grown.

Took Melissa to therapy at 8:30.  Went to breakfast at Sullivan's.  Diane, Don and Dustin were there today so that was nice.  There were 14 of us all together.  Gayla brought me a Christmas Cactus she started which is blossoming already.  Picked Melissa up and visited for a while with her at her house.  Did some cleaning and lots of laundry.  Talked to Vikki and Kimmy. Watched a Hallmark Movie with Bill.

12/3/18...Went to the cemetery to put wreath on my mom and dad's grave, Put nativity outside and put lights up, went to Christ Seager's Birthday Party

Put a wreath on my mom and dad's grave
Walked two miles with Bill at the SportsZone.  We  spent our time with the Lord when we got home.  He went to take a check from the Marines to a family in Shields who needs fuel oil.  I went and put a Christmas wreath on my mom and dad's grave.  I sure do miss them.  I know where they are though so I asked Jesus to tell them hi for me.  Bill and I put all the nativity pieces out by the stable.  14 pieces in our set now.  Love putting it outside in honor of the Lord and the true meaning of Christmas.  So thankful that Emanuel came, God with Us.
We went to Chris Seager's 50th Birthday party at G's.  We had fun and great pizza.  Logan Shaw sat with us and Chris's Brother Dave, son, Matthew and Aiden Shaw.  Kim Seager too.  We had fun and the pizza was great.  Nice talking to Logan.  He told me my Sunday School class was really fun when he was in it.  He is such a nice kid.
We went to Home Depot and got some extra plugs for our nativity pieces.  Watched a Hallmark Movie.

Went to church, Christine Holden preached, Went to Brittany Felsing's Baby Shower

Nolan and Brittany at their shower

Had so much fun with my three sweet daughters and granddaughter Peyton at Brittany's Shower

Vikki, Kimmy, Melissa, Brittany and Peyton

Me and mommy to be!  So happy for Brittany.  We have loved her since she was born!
Went to church and worship was awesome.  Joe and Jessica Franz were on Emily's worship team and he sang He'll Do It Again.  His voice was amazing and God was glorified.  Christine gave a very anointed, powerful and life changing Message.  I will be listening to it again on our church page.  It brought me to tears.  We had a moving Communion Service and were blessed to be able to pray with people after church.  God is Awesome! WOW!
After church, the girls all came over and we went to Brittany's Baby Shower at Apple Mountain. My heart was so touched when Cathy saw Melissa and expressed her joy and love to her.  She was happy to see all of us, but Melissa was always like a second mom to Brittany and was always at their house.  She and Cathy have always been super close.  She was happy to see how good Melissa is doing.  We had a nice time and always feel like family when we are with the Krauses.  We played a couple of games that were fun, ate delicious food, visited and then Brittany and Nolan went through their gifts. They had people bring unwrapped gifts and books for the baby instead.  They got a lot of nice things.  We had a great time. Came home and the girls stayed for a while and we had fun visiting and looking through some pictures. Peyton cuddled with a kitten I found in my surprise box upstairs.   I love my sweet girls so much!

Panorama of our Faith Rider's Christmas Party
Made a cheesy potatoes and banana pudding dessert for our Christmas Party for Faith Riders tonight.  Went to Isaac's first basketball game.  Vikki was able to leave her bazaar to come see him play which was so nice.  Misty and her mom covered for her.  Rody's mom, Aunt Ann and Vershon were there too.  It was fun to watch both teams play.  The other team was really good and made lots of baskets.  Isaac's team is a little more inexperienced, but played pretty good.  No points this time.  The coach asked Rody to be the assistant coach so that was nice.  Vikki, and both of us grandmas decided we would coach him too....keep your eye on the ball, go after the ball, etc. ha ha!  Isaac really needs to just know how you play the game and he's going to do fine.
Went to pick up Melissa's laundry and got some great hugs from the boys.  Evan even was first!!!
I went upstairs to say hi to Hailey, and we decided to go to Taco Bell for lunch.  We had a nice time and a good talk.  I took her home and picked Max up.  He was in his snowsuit playing in the snow and working on a fort.  I took him to Tim Horton's for a birthday donut.  He picked out a Boston Cream Donut and orange pop.  We ate our donuts and had a good talk too.  Love going out with my grandkids and spending time with them.  Came home and helped Bill unload wood pellets.  The guy that is working on our garage pillars, Mike, helped us unload too.  We went to our Christmas Party at the Fire station and had a great time. The food was delicious and afterward we had Christmas Story readings from the Bible that a lot of us took turns reading.  Elaine had printed sheets up and had our name by what we were to read.
Then she sang a song, and Fran sang a song.  The rest of the time, after a reading we would all sing a Christmas song that went well with the scripture.  It was so meaningful and so special.
We raised $340 for Mike who is doing some jobs for Bill.  His wife had two strokes and six months ago, their daughter got married and the next day she died.  They are having a hard time dealing with it and they are sad because they don't have enough money for a tombstone for her grave.  Bill called them and they came to the party and Bill presented the gift of money to them.  They were in tears.  When they walked in they were carrying a dog who looked just like Mocha.
Cheryl packed up some food for them to take with them and everyone was so nice to them.  He went to school with Bill  and Jackie Mallory at Community Baptist.  We watched a Hallmark Movie when we got home.  We also raised $250 for Run for the Son at the party.  Wonderful Missions to give to. What a blessing!

Walked two miles with Bill at the SportsZone.  We went to get gas and got our $1 off all 35 gallons.  We paid 1.16 a gallon which was great.  I went and got gifts cards for Christmas that quadrupled gas points so we have another $1 next month.  Got some groceries at Aldi's.  Came home and worked on the Newsletter.  Bill and I went to Culver's and then went to SkyZone to celebrate Max's 13th birthday and Hailey's 15th Birthday at their party.  It was so much fun.  Pizza and cookie cake were delicious.  Bill ate ahead since the pizza had cheese on it.  Max was happy with all of his nice gifts.  He's has such great friends.  Hailey doesn't get to have her gifts until her birthday.  She has such great friends too. We came home and watched a Hallmark Movie.

11/29/18...Took Melissa to therapy, Stopped back at her house and got her laundry together to do, Picked Melissa up and picked up coneys for lunch , Melissa came over, We baked cookie cakes, Went to the Boars Head Festival

Sweet note Bill put on Facebook 4 years ago and I never seen it until today in my Facebook memories.  It too me a minute to get it.
Had a nice visit with John today.  We put this puzzle together.  He was a little down about having to be at HealthSource.  We did a devotion and then I prayed for him.  He was doing better after that.  I asked him if I could get anything for him next time I come.  He said all he wanted was a hug.  What a sweet person he is.  He used to work on sewing machines and he gave all the girls and Mykenzie sewing machines

This cute picture came up in my memories on facebook today.  I sure miss my Mocha.  Always happy I get my Abby time when I go to Melissa's though.

Bill loaded the clothes baskets with Melissa's laundry in my car and then I went to pick her up for therapy.  Dropped her off at therapy and went back to her house to get her laundry so I could do it while she was in therapy.  I forgot to get it when I was there before.  I came home and did the laundry.  Picked her up and we picked up coney dogs and took them to her house to eat.  After that we went to Walmart and picked up chocolate chips and butter to make chocolate chip cookie cakes for Max's Birthday Party tomorrow.  We came to my house and made the cookie cakes, Melissa folded her laundry, and we watched Steven Furtik on the computer.  Vikki had told me how much she liked his message and it touched her heart so much she was crying.  It was a very good message and touched our hearts too.  I took Melissa home, and then stopped at HealthSource to see John Wells.  We had fun putting a puzzle together.  Had a nice devotion and time of prayer.  Came home and made dinner and then went to Vikki's to pick Melissa up to go to the Boar's Head.  Bruce was at the church with the kids.  The Boar's Head was amazing tonight.  It was so much better than the night of rehearsal.  The kids all did amazing and the jesters were really funny.  Very touching message.  Mikayla played Mary and Mr. Sharmans baby played baby Jesus.  The baby started crying a lot and Mikayla remained calm and finally got the baby calmed down.  She did an amazing job.
Loved seeing the kids in it.  Hailey was beautiful and did an amazing job.  Max was an amazing huntsman and looked really nice in his costume.  Jack and Evan did their parts really well and looked so cute.  They did amazing at their singing, even though (Mr. Parks) one of the jesters was pulling their hats over their eyes and being really silly.  They just kept singing and smiling.  What a great night!  Bill is going to the Boar's Head on Sunday too.  Wes, Gayla, Joel, James and Diane are going too.  Melissa and I will be at Brittany's shower with Kimmy and Vikki.

11/28/18....Walked at SportsZone, Went to Melissa's, Did Lesson, Went to Caregroup

Isaac and Peyton in their his new snow pants and her new snowsuit.  They fit good with boots and will be good for a couple of years probably.  They are pretty excited to get to play outside in the snow.

Found this written on my boogie board on my refrigerator.  What a sweet boy to write this to his sister.

Bill and I walked two miles at the SportsZone.  I came home and did some more of Melissa's laundry.  Took Melissa's laundry to her and visited with her for a while.  Brought more laundry home to do of hers.  Sure is different doing laundry for 6 than it is for two.  Met Vikki and the twins at Walmart and found snowsuits for them.  Not too many snowsuits left.  Walked through the toy department because the kids wanted to look for stuff to put on their Christmas list.  When I got home, I did my lesson for care group.  Went to care group.  Had a good lesson and good discussion.   Did a lot of reminiscing with Wayne and Cheri about our time at Amazing Grace.  Lots of great memories.
