Yummy ice cream on the way home.  Look how much bigger dad's cone is. Ha Ha.  They really
are the same size.  This place is beautiful with lots of flowers, sidewalk chalk for kids to use, hula hoops for kids to use, and beautiful trees and scenery.

Went to church at 8:30 this morning for a leaders meeting with L A Joiner.  It was a great teaching and we had a wonderful chicken dinner there for our lunch break. When we got home we decided to go for a motorcycle ride.  Called Kimmy and they were home, so we went there.  Sat on the deck and visited, held the newborn kittens and took a nice walk through their woods. Jacob caught a couple of tree frogs and walked around with one on his arm.  On the way home we stopped at Cottage Creamery for an ice cream cone!  They have my favorite ice cream and its homemade!  I got chocolate raspberry.  It is such a fun and beautiful place too!  Got home and went to get gas in the car and tanks.  Transplanted some hostas when I got home and dug  out some wheels.

Papa and Peyton having fun on the scooter!
She loved riding today!

Papa and Isaac

Mocha likes the good life!

Peyton and Isaac swinging

My oriole was back today!  He brought another oriole with him, but I was too late to get a pic.

Vikki and I walked at Sports Zone while Papa watched Peyton and Isaac.  We walked three miles, rode the stationary bike 2 miles, did chest crunches and total abdomen machine.  Vikki did stairs while I walked a lap.  She was tired after that, but we still did another mile.  Came to my house and had lunch and then sat on the swing on the deck while the kids jumped on the trampoline.

Isaac and Peyton on the rail trail.

This was along the trail.  It has a ladder half way up.

Peyton loved it when we got to sit on a bench along the trail.

I always loved these umbrella plants when I was little.  Had to get a picture by them.

I look pretty happy while my bottom is getting wet from sitting there.

Love seeing orioles at my feeder.

Got up and spent time worshipping.  Love the worship music on my phone by Central Worship.  Thanks Kimmy and family for the I tunes card and thanks Vikki for letting me know about this wonderful worship.  Vikki called and wanted me to walk with her.  I called Hopevale to see if we could park their and they said yes.  Said they would tell their maintenance man not to leave a note on our cars.  We met there and got Peyton and Isaac in the stroller and headed out.  We were going to walk to Mackinaw Rd., but Vikki and I talked and decided to go to Bay Rd.  We ended up at Culver's and had a salad.  The kids split a happy meal and ice cream.  The girl working there remembered Vikki was Kenzie's mom.  We had a really nice manager taking care of us.  He wiped up the kids spilled water and opened the door for Vikki when we left.  We walked back and ended up going over 6 miles.  Pushing the stroller gave us extra exercise.  Came home and did some work on cards for faith Riders.  Went to our chapter meeting.  Sold some dangles there.

When Kimmy, Vikki and I were going on our walk today, we saw this beautiful tree!

Peyton picked this beautiful flower (weed).  She was so happy!

Evan swinging and Peyton relaxing in the chair.

My pretty girl relaxing!

Water gun fun!  Oh no where is Pey Pey's!

She's ready now!

We had yummy ice cream sandwiches tonight in our class!

Fun party night on our last night of kid's care group.  I love how Alex is feeding Samuel his ice-cream sandwich.  That really touched my heart.  Two kids wanted to push Samuel outside.  These kids are so kind and thoughtful.

Showing off their light up necklaces.

Headed over to Melissa's house to watch Evan this morning while Bruce and Melissa went to an appointment.  We had fun watching Daniel Tiger and playing.  After Melissa got home, I headed home to let Mocha out and pick up mac and cheese to take to Vikki's.  Forgot my phone at Melissa's so headed back to get it.  When I got there, Melissa was talking to Sue.  Usually Melissa wouldn't answer another person's phone.  She saw it was Sue so decided to answer it.  When I got there she had already been talking to her and was still talking too her.  I was so blessed to hear Melissa encouraging her and telling her about miracles God has done.  She also recommended she listen to Kari Jobe's CD.  Sue has uterine cancer and will be having surgery so has been pretty depressed.  Thanking God for how he used Melissa to encourage her.  After I picked my phone up I went to Vikki's since Kimmy was there and wouldn't be coming on Friday.  We helped hold Kimmy's yarn while she tore our 700 stitches to find her mistake in the afghan she is making with Maude's wool and other wool she and Jared spun.  It's beautiful.  We ate some of Vikki's yummy chicken soup after that, and then went out a two mile walk for exercise.  I was glad the sun came out as it was a little cool out till then.  When we got back to Vikki's,  the girls planted lilacs.  They had to dig up some other plants.  Melissa came over and we sat in chairs in the sun.  The kids had fun on the swings and with the super soakers.  I got home and packed up hamburgs and hotdogs, potato salad, and cake to take to Sue and Charlies.  Took it over and visited for a while.  She hugged me and cried.  Was so glad I went over.  Her niece came shortly after I got there.  Came home and got ready for kids care group.  Went to church and hugged the kids as they came.  I had lots of kids that used to be in my class come in and hug me too.  So sweet!  Joan had cards with gift cards in them for me and Miss Kim on the counter.  She is always doing special things for us.   We went over what we have learned in class and my kids did amazing remembering the things we learned.  We went to the kitchen to pick up our hot dogs and chips and then went outside and sat on the grass and ate.  Then we did side walk chalk and then played on the playground.  We came back in and were given ice cream sandwiches to have in our class.  Then we prayed.  Then I gave them each a star light up necklace.d  Miss Kim gave them smilie frisbees.  We all had fun.

Max coming to life as Henry Ford when we pushed his button!  You can see the person's button next to him in the video.  It was pretty noisy in the background, but Max did great.  Very proud of him.

Max as Henry Ford.  So Handsome!

Mozaart, Jim Hansen and Leonardo DaVinci at Max's table.  Funny because Mozart was in Max's seat.  She ended up having to move.  She's the little girl who loved Max and Max loved when they were just preschoolers.

Steve Jobs and Albert Einstein.  Thought this would be a good thing to do with Bible Characters.  You would go to each student and push their button and they would come to life as their character.  Only one at a table was supposed to be talking, but some tables had 3 going at a time.  Very fun and interesting.

Me and my sweet Max.

Max looks so cute in this picture.

Awe I love this picture of Melissa and Max.

I love this picture of Melissa and Hailey too.  I am so happy that Hailey came into the room just before I left.  I almost missed seeing her.

Kim Reminder decorated these brownies so cute!

Fun time sorting things to pack for the Vets for Tues. Night.  Praying their hearts are touched by the Lord.  So thankful for their service!

Packing the camouflage gift bags for the Vets.

Kim brought bandanas for us to put on when we go to the VA Hospital.  She had us try them on for a picture.  We had so many laughs at all the different styles.  Some were getting lessons on how to wear them.  We all liked Amanda's style.

Two more styles!

Dennis getting a lesson from Kim.

Our group picture!!  Paul Shaw was nice and took it for us.

The bags all packed and ready to go!

Went to our Tues. morning Breakfast  I left early so I could pick up cinnamon rolls for Wes's birthday.  After breakfast I came home and finished my potato salad for our potluck tonight.  I did some cleaning and then called to see if I could stop over to Vikki's.  As I pulled out of the driveway, Vikki called and said I could have some of her chicken noodle soup when I got to her house.  That made me so happy!  I got there and she put the soup in the microwave. Melissa got there a few minutes after me.  We all had Vikki's delicious soup together.  It was so yummy.  It had carrots and potatoes in it.  We left at 1:35 to go to the kid's school to see Max and his class.  They were dressed as different people in history.  Max was Henry Ford.  He did a great job telling us all about him.
Came home afterwards and finished getting ready for care group.  Had lots of good food at the potluck.  Then we packed bags for the Vets.  So much fun and laughter.

It was pretty rainy and cool today so I am under my electric throw with Mocha at my feet.  Didn't want to turn heat back on.

Went to Sport Zone to walk.  Went three miles and then came home and spent time with the Lord.  Did some cleaning and got my eggs boiled and potatoes peeled and cooked for potato salad for our care group potluck tomorrow night.  Helped dad a little with putting the drain in the upstairs bathroom.  Then got a call from my friend Kim who is in our care group and she needed a ride to the church to get her car.  Came home and fixed dinner....hamburgers, potatoes and corn.  Bill had to go to Bay Shore for the Director's meeting.  I just set up my newsletter on pages so it will be ready for me to use next month.   It went pretty well and I should be all set.  The sun is coming out. Yay!  I need to run to the store and didn't feel like it till now.  Sunshine sure makes a difference,
