Can't believe Hailey could ride this so far.  What a girl!

There Hailey goes!

It was a beautiful morning so spent time reading the Word out on the deck.  Ate breakfast out there too.  At noon we went to Melissa and Bruce's house for Evan's 4th Birthday Celebration.  Bruce's mom and Ron were already there.  I helped Melissa move some clothes upstairs before Brenda and Dan got there.  We finished and had some time to visit and then they got there.  We prayed and then ate sloppy joes, macaroni salad, and chips.  Everything was yummy.  Then we had cake and ice cream.  Evan loved his cake.  He was excited to open his presents.  Got lots of Spiderman stuff including his bike.  He learned to ride it amazingly fast.  We all left and then I came back to get Hailey and Max to take them to Culver's.  Mckenzie called and wanted us to come see her.  We had fun there and Kenzie got to come to our table to see us for a minute.  I resisted and didn't have anything.  Hailey and Max had concrete mixers.  Vikki called and was going to walk the rail trail, so we met her over there and walked too.  Max and Hailey did great.  Max wanted to go 10 miles.  He's so funny.  Poor Peyton fell a couple of times.  The one time the chain came off.  We stopped to fix it so she could ride again.  Amazingly even though she fell a few times today, she never skinned her knee or chin.  She fell hard too.  So happy when there was no blood.  We went to Melissa's, so did Vikki.  They were at a playground down the road, so we walked there.  Hailey and Max rode their Bikes.  When we got there they showed us how they ride down a big hill.  Evan did it too!  Yikes it made me very nervous.  Today was his first time learning how to ride his bike.  He sure did a great job.  Still made me nervous though.  Came home and Bill and I watched a documentary on Vietnam.  What brave soldiers.  So proud of Bill that he served!

Dinner!  Like how they stuck their bouquets in vases on the table.

Washed clothes and hung them out on the line.  It got pretty windy.  Vikki and I walked a couple of miles on the rail trail.  Peyton and Isaac rode their bikes.  Peyton was amazing.  She rode the whole way and was ahead of us most of the time.  Isaac didn't want to ride his bike, but as long as Vikki had her hand on his back he would.  He made it the whole way and did much better at the end.  We were happy to get a good walk in.  We came back to our house and the kids had banana popsicles and Vikki jumped on the trampoline.  After they left I jumped on the trampoline and then took the clothes off the line.  Got ready for the wedding.  We got to the wedding an hour early so dad could talk with the family and the D.J. who was doing the music for the wedding.   He was excellent and was from Freehand.  The wedding started at 4.  Bill did an amazing job marrying them.  I told him it was his best ever.  Then at the reception the mother of the bride came over and told him everyone was asking who he was and how to get a hold of him for weddings.  The bride and groom loved it too and so did Rich and Jane.  The hall was beautiful and the food was fabulous.  They had Chicken, beef and Salmon, mashed potatoes, delicious salads, carrots, cheesy fettecini, and rolls.  For dessert,  each table had a beautiful centerpiece plate with homemade cupcakes beautifully decorated.  A lady we know from the hog chapter made all the cupcakes.  Over 300 of them.   We had fun and sat with two couples who got to Hopevale and are in the HOG chapter.  We knew them from attending the meeting with them.  One couple worked with us on Adopt a Highway and was the one who drove us.  Dad locked his keys in his car.  Memories.
Love this picture of my girls and Evan, Peyton and Isaac.  The girls were sitting in the trampoline visiting while the kids played in it.  So cute!

Melissa, Kimmy, Vikki and I walked the rail trail today with these cuties.

Peyton driving the car and Kenzie driving the scooter.

Nice that Peyton fits on this this year.

Isaac does too!  He could even pedal by himself.

This is a little blurry but thought it was cute how she is looking at him.

2nd time around!!!

Carrie and her fiancé coming down the aisle.  They get married in July!

Got up at 6 and woke Kenzie for school.  She always wants to sleep 10 more minutes, then 5 more minutes.  After that she gets up and since she drives her car, I haven't had to remind her when it's time to leave.  She has been ready ahead of time and out the door on her own.  Yay Kenzie.  After she left I made a salad up for today when the girls come, and also to send some to Chuck and Sue with their meal I am going to make.  I got ready and then cut up some rhubarb.  I was just going to wipe down the tables outside, when Kimmy came walking to the house from the shed.  She brought me some perennials to plant so we did that right away.  So nice! We visited and she helped me cut up the rest of the rhubarb.  Thanks Kmmy!!!  I came in and made pie crust for 2 pies.  Kimmy helped me with that too.  Vikki came with the kids and shortly after Melissa came with Evan.  The girls had fun visiting on the trampoline and outside while I cooked up some chicken breast for our salads.  Kimmy helped me make PB&J sandwiches for the 3 kids and then we dished up our salads and put chicken on top.  We ate outside since it was so nice out.  After lunch we went to the rail trail on Shattuck and walked for 20 minutes each way.  Peyton, Isaac and Evan did really good.  They did get some horsey rides from Kimmy.  We went to the gas station afterwards and Kimmy and Vikki got gas.  They got $1.00 off which was great.  When we got back to my house, Melissa had to leave to get the kids.  Kimmy had to leave shortly after.  We dug up some perennials for her to take home and plant too.  Vikki watched the kids ride their bikes, the go cart and Kenzie rode the scooter.  Then they played basketball. The girls helped me peel potatoes.  I made mashed potatoes and meat loaf for Chuck and Sue to go with their salad.  I made an extra meatloaf, so Dad and Vikki ate some with some mashed potatoes.  I left to take Chuck and Sue their food.  When I got back Vikki had my entire mess in the kitchen cleaned up and dishes done.  Thank you Vikki.  Went to Hailey and Kurt's Rehearsal in Midland.  We had a very nice time.  Got home at 9:30 and put our pie in the oven.  Kimmy's crust is so easy to make and very yummy.
