My pretty Hyacinths today...they smell so good

We met at Meijer at 9:30 and left for the Maple Syrup Festival at 10.  We had a good group (16) go today.  It was a beautiful day and got up to 80 degrees.  Wonderful day for a motorcycle ride.  The pancake and homemade sausage breakfast was good as always.  We had fun walking around.  It sure got warm while we looked at all the stuff the vendors had outside.  We sat for a while and got to know a little about Devin.  It was his first time riding with us, and also Brad and Jenny's.  He talked a lot about reading his Bible, taking care of his 10 year old sister since his mom died, and witnessing for Jesus.  We left at 2:00.  On our way home, Devin, Jenny and Brad were behind us.  Bill noticed Devin wasn't behind us, so we turned around to see what happened.  He was parked and Brad was with him.  He was feeling dizzy and anxious. We prayed for him, he took his medication, and after about 5 minutes said he would be able to make it home.  I looked up and right where we had parked to pray for him was a mailbox with Jesus is Savior on it.  That made me smile.  We got going for just a little ways and he wasn't feeling like it was safe for him to drive so we stopped.  We told him we knew the people in the house we had passed back a quarter of a mile, so we would take him there.  We knocked on the door and Jan answered the door and gave us a very warm welcome and got Bob to come out and see us too.  We explained the situation and they got waters and pops for us, offered us food, offered to let them park his bike in their shed, and said they could take his truck home and just bring it back when he came to pick up the bikes.  They had never even met them before, but showed the love of Jesus in an amazing way.  Then Wes called to see how things were going, and offered to bring his truck and trailer over and take Devin and his bike home. We sat visiting on the deck for over an hour and then Wes came.  He got the bike loaded and took him home.  Bill and I headed home because Jack and Evan were coming to visit us, while Melissa and Bruce went for Hailey's Prom pictures.  We got Culver's burgers and concrete mixers to eat for dinner.  That's what the boys picked.  They shot their bow and arrows and have sure improved.  They gave Kit Kat lots of attention too.  Bruce, Melissa and Max visited for a while when they got back and Melissa showed me the pictures they took of Hailey.  Hailey looked so beautiful in her gorgeous dress!  She sent me pictures when she was at her prom which was sweet.  Melissa sent me the pictures she took too.  I can't believe my Hailey girl is graduating from high school already.  What a blessing she is and she's so much fun too!
Texted with Adam.  Talked to Vikki, Kimmy, Kenzie and Melissa.
