We celebrated Jack's 14th Birthday. Had to wait until Evan and Hailey got home from Camp. We had so much fun!

Evan and Jack after playing Gaga Ball
We went to prayer, then into the church service. I worked in Children's church. It was a really good lesson today. After church, we went to Olive Garden with Diane, James, Maddy and Alec. Diane and James treated everybody. We came home and relaxed for a little while, then at 3 went to Melissa and Bruce's to celebrate Jack's birthday. It was a fun party and Jack sure has matured. He is growing up. Grandma Debbie and Grandpa Ron were there. We all sang Happy Birthday to him, then he blew out his candles (missing one) The cake and ice cream were delicious. We enjoyed watching him open his gifts afterward. We got to see Bella, the new guinea pig. It's so cute. It's mostly Jack's pet even though it's a family pet too. Papa got Jack going outside and they sure had fun and laughed a lot. They finally settled down so we could get a picture with Jack.
In the evening, Peyton and I went to the night of Worship for Hopevale in Bay City. It was by the water and was so nice. They did some amazing worship, playing a lot of Maverick City Worship and sounding so amazing. There were lots more people this time, than last year. The boys payed lots of Gaga Ball behind where we were sitting.
After we left, Peyton and I stopped at McDonald's for food and a McFlurry. I had so much fun with her, and I am so glad she wanted to come with me. Bill took Max out to eat while we were at the concert, then they went to the movie Thor, but it was so awful and also had so much swearing, they walked out. I am thankful that Bill is a great example by not watching things God wouldn't want us to watch and sets such a great example for his grandkids. |
