Love this picture Rody took of everyone worshipping.  AMAZING WORSHIP

We went to church and Pastor Ken preached another amazing message on the modern family.  So thankful he preaches the Word in truth no matter if it steps on peoples toes or not.  We are very blessed to have him for our pastor.  We got out of church and I had to scrape lots of ice off my windows.  I started my car to have it warming up.  I tried to scrape Rachael's next to me but hers was so hard my scraper would take it off.  The funny thing was that Vikki and Rody were parked down past me and they didn't have any ice on their car.   I came home and changed and ate a salad and soup and then left to go pick up Vikki and Rody.  Rody drove my car and Vikki and I visited in the back seat.  On the way, I realized I forgot to put my fitbit on.  Now I know how Melissa felt when she went to the Ford Museum and forgot hers.  The roads were terrible when we started out.  At church Stacie had Natalie check Kody's arm as he was playing with a friend and hurt it.  She told Stacie to take him in to have it X-rayed.  Stacie called us while we were riding and his elbow is cracked.  Poor sweetie.  I texted Kimmy and Melissa to have them pray because the roads were so bad and there were lots of accidents and one roll over.  Shortly after I texted them the roads got lots better.  Thank You Jesus for praying daughters and for answering.  We got to Great Lakes Crossing and Rody let us off at the door while he hunted for a parking spot as it was raining.  We had driven around looking and hadn't found one.  We were so happy we could just get off at the door.  We walked around part of the mall, then Vikki treated us to Cinnabuns.  So delicious.  We walked around and went in more stores and Rody found a nice pair of shoes.  We went to the food court before we left and got subway sandwiches.  Left and got to the concert a few minutes later.  He let us off again and it was pouring rain out.  He was blessed when a man told him he could park in the VIP section.  We went through the check in and then found our seats.  They were wonderful seats.  The concert started and was amazing.  So happy we could be there.  We went up and talked to Matthew and Malachi and took pictures.  Hillsong's pastor preached and was so good.  We left and it had warmed up outside and wasn't raining as hard.  The roads were good on the way home.   We finally found a McDonald's that was open when we got to Saginaw and got some food.  We were all hungry. It was such a fun night and so nice spending time with Vikki and Rody.  So thankful Rody drove.  He did a great job!

Loved this yummy popcorn that's good for you

The boys and girls clubs (replacement for boy scouts and girl scouts) in the church, made and served spaghetti for a donation.  It was delicious and they came and offered us seconds of stuff.
Peyton, Mocha, me, and Isaac

Lenny, me and Mocha

Shannon and Rob's little boy, James Robert was born last night. He weighed 7 lb. 9 oz.  He is so cute and looks just like his mom wen she was a baby
After we were dismissed from the Rally, we stayed and helped clean up.  I washed tables and chairs off.  Then we went into Goodies (the store where they set up and sell everything. We helped them pack up everything and put them in storage boxes. It didn't take long (2 hrs.) as they had many helpers.  Headed home and stopped at restaurant for dinner on our way.  It was called the Hitching Post.  I had a delicious Ruben sandwich.  We got back to Wes and Gayla's and our stuff in our car and left.  We saw the eagle's nest on state st. just before Midland Rd., but didn't see the eagle.

Got home and went to Vkki's to pick up Mocha.  Rody walked Peyton and Isaac to his mom's house, but they got home in time for me to see them.  Peyton made me, papa, and Mocha lots of pretty pictures.

4/8/16 Bikers for Change

Biker's for Change....Such great message and great worship

Look at the weather we are having here!

Roger Wilson, our CMA National Evangelist preaching.  He and his sweet wife, Rayleen are retiring in Dec.  We sure will miss them being our Evangelists.  Have had them for 18 years.

We stayed at the Travel Lodge in Jackson.  Wes and Gayla and Elaine stayed there too.  We all rode with Wes and Gayla.  We got settled in our motel and then headed to the church for Biker's for change.  The church is huge with lots of tables in the foyer and a kitchen area.  We all brought snacks so there were tons.  My favorite was the healthy bags of popcorn.  I am going to buy some.
After the message and worship we had pizza and pop.  Also did some shopping at Goodies.  Bill bought a cool mesh leather CMA vest.  We headed to our motel and Bill and I watched When Calls the Heart with our fire stick.  So nice to have.

4/7/16...Got my hair cut today at Catherine's

Got our tax stuff ready for tomorrow's appointment.  Went to Vikki's and Rody set up our Amazon fire stick.  I left it there while he worked on it.  Loved seeing Peyton and Isaac.  We prayed for Vikki's hip and hands to be healed.  Thanking Jesus for His Word to stand on in faith.  Left to go get my hair cut at Catherine's.  While she was cutting it, Sarah came down with baby Catherine.  She was in a panic because the baby had gotten the shaving cream off the edge of the tub and had some in her mouth and had gotten the little top that dispenses it off.  She found the top but read on the can to keep it away from children and not to let them ingest it.  She went upstairs and called poison control and they said all that was in it was soap and it wasn't dangerous for a small amount.  Of course Catherine and I prayed while she was upstairs calling.  Praising God she was ok.  Left there and went to Jack's to get some meat and other things.  Melissa called while I was in the parking lot to see if I was going to Kroger's.  Said I would meet her there after Jacks.  Tried calling when I was done, but she didn't answer.  Vikki called and when we were talking she mentioned she was heading to Kroger's meet Melissa.  Then I saw a text from Melissa.  Went to Penney's to take a tank top back, but when I gave her the receipt she said it was from Meijer's ha ha.   I looked around a little then left and went to Meijer's.  Came home and made Bill chicken breast, mashed potatoes and corn.  I ate a half of a cantaloupe and planned on having soup, but was too full.  We went to our officer's meeting for Faith Riders at Bill and Sabrina's.  Bill did a great job leading the meeting and Sabrina's was a great hostess.  She made big delicious yummy peanut butter cookies.  Brian brought a huge cinnamon roll he got in Millington.  The box it was in was the size of a big birthday cake box and the cinnamon roll filled the box.  It was huge. I will put a picture on here of it tomorrow.

4/6/16 ...Our fire stick came today

Another beautiful picture Kenzie sent me.  Amazing!!!
Kenzie sent me this picture she's coloring.  Beautiful artist!

Made a big yummy pot of vegetable soup today.  Trying to keep eating healthier.

Alleys wanted me to take a picture of the back of her hair so she could see what it looked like.  She's a cutie

Sweet Aleyiah

Some cute boys in my class working on their coloring sheets

These sweet girls are so much fun!
Got my walking in this morning even though I had to do it at home.  Put my happy praise songs on and then put worship music on.  Ended up on my knees worshipping God a few times while walking.
So blessed to love and be loved by God!
Did some laundry and then made veggie soup.  It only took about 15 minutes to get everything in the pot. Love my veggie cutter. It works great for carrots, potatoes etc.  Did my lesson for class tonight.
Ate soup and then went to class.  The kids were wound up from not having class for 3 weeks.  They sure do settle down for the story though and they love prayer time.  They all want to pray for each other.  Our fire stick came today.  Can't wait for Rody to set it up.  So excited!

4/5/16....Kimmy came to breakfast this morning....so much fun having her there

Kimmy came to breakfast this morning.  We were so happy to have her there.  Wes and Gayla were back from Florida and were there too.  13 of us there today.  Kimmy and I went to Melissa's for a while after breakfast.  We had a nice visit with her and Evan.  I need to get Kimmy's picture of Evan and post it here as I didn't take one.  We came back to my house and Vikki and Peyton came over.
We visited and then ate salad and chicken sandwiches for lunch.
Nana and Peyton with Peyton's finished picture!

Helping Peyton with the picture she is making

.Love this picture of the kids.  Adam, Jacob and Eli are spending time with their Aunt Vikki.  They are pretty happy kiddos!
Vikki had to leave early because she was going to watch baby Nora.  Kimmy and I listened to Pastor Ken's message on the modern family as we walked in the basement to get some steps.  Kimmy was contacting a girl to see about purchasing her pottery wheel. She and Jared decided to get it so set up to go to Indiana today and pick it up.  Lots comes with it so they are pretty excited.  Can't wait to see what they all make with it.
I made hamburgers, mashed potatoes and corn for supper.  Wes and Gayla stopped in and brought me a beautiful bluebird nightlight and Bill a nice Marine Veteran hat.  They are always so sweet to us.

Had care group. 12 of us were here.  The lesson was so good and lots of good input.  It was on Peace.
Watched the news and weather and then went to bed.

4/4/16 Went to see the movie God's Not Dead 2

Took a test I had to do and dropped it off at the lab at Covenant.  Went to the bank and then got gas at Kroger's.  Came home and did some cleaning.  Went to pick up Hailey, Max and Jack from school as Evan had a dr. appt.  Took them home and Melissa, Bruce and Evan were back already.  Went home and Bill and I left right away to go see God's Not Dead 2.  It was such a great movie. Definitely will buy that one.  Great ending which brought me to tears.  Thanking God for these amazing movies and praying  He uses them to change hearts and change our nation.  We went to Bob Evans to eat afterwards.  Had breakfast for supper ha ha.
