Peyton learning how to ride her bike.

Isaac learning to ride his bike!

Isaac and Peyton standing under the chocolate tree.

Here's why they call it the chocolate tree.  They are too cute!

We celebrated Adam's Birthday today.

Eli and his kitten!  I am holding a cute kitten too!

Adam, Jacob and Eli with Nana and their kittens!

Jacob wanted me to take this picture of all the kittens.

Jacob looking for his glasses after Jared pumped the water out.  Right before this picture, he almost fell so put his hands down.  Don't know how he managed it but he never fell all the way and never got his clothes dirty.  His feet stuck in the mud.

Amazing....guess what Jacob has in his hand?

Yay, it's his lost glasses...they have been found.  Such a happy face!

Adam getting ready to open his card and gift.  Jared had a nice fire going in the fire pit on the deck so this pic is a little smoky.

Nana, Adam and Papa.  So much fun celebrating this 8 yr. old's birthday.

Oh no, papa snatched his dollar that was in his card.

Papa is holding it pretty high...will he ever get it back???

He got it back alright!

Adam is pretty happy now.  Papa looks very happy too.

Adam reading his card to us.

Adam with his Minecraft lego set!

You have to watch it when you get your picture taken next to Papa.  Adam's shirt looks great on him.

Adam started to build with his legos right away.

His cool cake Kimmy and Jared made!

Adam posing before blowing out his candles.  What a handsome grandson.

The goat was rubbing agains the ram and now it looks like he is eating cotton candy.  Her fur stuck to his mouth.  So funny.  They just love each other.

These lambs sure have grown.  They are getting so big now.

These new lambs are growing pretty fast too.  They are so cute.

Went to the Sports Zone and walked 2 1/2 miles and rode the bike for 2 miles.  While I was walking the track, I passed Juaquin's dad and said hi.  He started talking to me about the Lord and speaking a blessing on me.  We had a nice little talk as we walked.  He was so happy I listened to him talk about the Lord because he said a lot of people don't want to hear it.  Later I saw him sitting and talking with Pastor Bob and I told him he found someone else who loved talking about the Lord.  He started quoting more scriptures to us.  He's so cute.  Came home and weeded some flower beds.  Bill cut the grass.  He mowed some of my host's down.  Boo Hoo.  Vikki called and said she wanted to bring the kids over to ride their bikes. She said it would be a while, so I ran to Penney's and used my $10 off and got shirts for Jacob and Adam for their birthday.  It took forever in the store to get checked out.  I felt bad because I wanted to get home to Vikki and the kiddos.  Peyton and Isaac learned real quick how to ride their bikes.  Papa fixed the tires and the training wheels.    We all took rides on the scooter which was fun.  Then Vikki left and we headed to Kimmy's for Adam's birthday celebration.   We got there at 4:30 and sat out on the deck by the campfire.  Kimmy brought out yummy strawberries all washed and ready to eat and also delicious grapes.  We sat and visited, took a walk through their woods, watched the water being pumped out with the pump they bought from Charlie.
Sue came home from the hospital today, but didn't sound too good when I talked to her.  Jared put hamburgs and hot dogs on the grill and we ate.  They were delicious.  Had doritos, chips, and sour cream and onion chips with them.  Went back outside for a while and Adam opened his gift from us.  He was pretty happy to get the Mine craft legos.  Started building right away.  Then we had cake and ice cream.  Sure had a great time.  The boys all got along so well and were so sweet.  Thank you Kimmy and Jared for having us over.

Got to see this sweetie today!

Evan's finger is bandaged because he burned his finger really bad on the lawnmower.  Looks terrible. My poor baby!!!

Transplanted my cactus today and put it in the vase Jacob made me.'

These flowers from Peyton, Isaac and Kenzie are growing like crazy.  I put them in the sun and they all lean toward the sun.  I turn them the other direction and in a short time they are all leaning toward the sun again.  Fun to watch.

Bill, Dennis Ward, Roy, and Dennis Watkins carrying in goodie bags to give the vets at the VA Hospital.

Our care group family had so much fun serving the Vets tonight.  Jeff Eagle called the bingo numbers and we helped the vets play, read off their numbers to be sure it was a bingo and then gave them 4 quarters for each bingo.  $5.00 for a cover all and the last one that said bingo got $12.00. So much fun for us and them.
We weren't allowed to take any pictures of the heroes we were helpingWe had lots of opportunities to talk and share Jesus with the vets.  A few confessed Jesus as Lord, One talked to me about his faith and said he wished he would have become a Christian a long time ago.  He said he loves talking about Jesus.  Such a blessing for me to talk to him and hear this.  One wanted prayer.  Another swore and then apologized for it.  We had such a great turn out for this.  The workers there asked lots of questions about our church and were very interested about it.  Thanking God for these opportunities he puts before us.

Some of these girl leaned on the bingo ball holder and it started to fall.  Amanda caught it and the rest of us worked on getting the board up and back in place that it set on.  So funny that it took so many to fix it.

Great guys who love the Lord.  Dad did a great job leading everything.

Got up at 4:10 a.m. and got ready so we could pray for Sue before her surgery.  We got up there and got to visit for about 45 minutes.  Left to go to our breakfast.  Only had 4 of us there because Sue was having surgery, Andy was having a scope on his knee, Wes and Gayla are headed to Maryland.  After breakfast I stopped at Melissa's.   Couldn't believe how bad Evan's burn was.  Felt so bad for him.  He's blessed to have a mommy that is so good at bandaging it up and keeping it clean.  Melissa and I had fun spending time together and doing some cleaning.  It sure was cold when I left there.  It was warm at 5 in the morning.  I checked on Sue and the surgery went well.  Thinks he got all the cancer but will know more after the Path. tests.  Could take a week as her dr. will be out of town now.
Came home and charged my bluetooth speaker to take tonight to the VA hospital.  I got all the bags packed in the car too.  We met Vicki Taylor, Dennis Ward, Dennis Watkins, Roy and Marie Newberry, and Kim Seager at Levi's for dinner.  I had a yummy chicken salad and Bill had spaghetti.
At 6:30 we got to the VA hospital.  We went up and talked for a while with the vets, then we prayed and sang a song.  Kim Seager wasn't going to come, but we talked her into it.  Well the speakers that they had at the hospital didn't work with Kim Reminde's computer so the sound was really low.  Kim Seager is a beautiful singer so she led the music instead for us.  Thank you Lord.  Also, one vet got upset and said he was leaving because we were having them clear their cards.  Kim was right by him and was able to talk him in to staying.  He had lots of fun then and was happy again.  Guess she was meant to be there.  It was so much fun helping the vets with their cards and giving them the quarters when they won.  No matter what condition they were in, they seemed to just be enjoying the hour so much.  I remember how much Bill loved bingo when he was in the VA hospital.  Can't wait to do this again!

This plant is growing and doing great.  I transplanted it to.  Beautiful!

Peyton and Isaac

Happy Birthday to Adam!  I thought about my sweet boy all day!  Can't believe he is 8 years old.  Can't believe grandma's been gone that long either.  What a great memory of her waiting to see him and how she cried with joy when she heard he was named after Grandpa Adam.  Wish she could be here to see what a wonderful boy he is.  Wish she could see all the wonderful great grandchildren she has and how sweet they all are.  I sure miss her hugs.  I went to Sports Zone this morning and walked 2 and 1/2 miles and rode the bike a mile.  Then after I got home, I went to Vikki's and walked another 2 miles.  We had fun especially when we went by Misty's and the whistles began.  Vikki would whistle and then Misty would whistle back.  It was pretty warm out but we did have quite a bit of shade to walk in.  When we got back to Vikki's we sat and relaxed on her swing and watched the kids play.  Came home and got excited because I thought Kenzie's car was in my drive way.  Didn't realize it was Jared's.  I thought it might be Kurt Neuwirth's.  Didn't even get to see Jared because I didn't know it was him until he had left.  I ate left over pizza from last night at G's and I made Bill a couple of hamburgs, baked potatoes, and corn.  I only ate 1 piece of my pizza.   It was delicious.  Then we went to drop off some more Run For the Son Money to Bill and Sabrina's.  Then we went to the Dollar Tree and bought more stuff for the vets for tomorrow night.  Went to Walmart and picked up Jacob and Adam's birthday gifts Kimmy ordered for me.  Thank you Kimmy!  Then we headed over to Old Navy to get $5 flag shirts to wear tomorrow night and the 4th of July.  Came home and I packed up the 4 bags we needed to fill yet.  Excited about tomorrow night when we deliver them and help with the Bingo.  Bill used to love it when he was a patient and got to go play bingo.  He was so funny.

My flowers from Kenzie, Peyton and Isaac are really growing now.  Love the vase Kenzie made.

Faith Riders getting ready to ride to Owosso.

Meeting for a ride to Greg and Lou's Restaurant

We sat with Bill and Sabrina!  The food was delicious.

Wes and Gayla and some Trinity Riders sat at the table next to us.

Went to church and listened to message from LA Joiner who is visiting our church.  He is from GA and is our overseer to our church.  He had a great message.  We left church, came home to let Mocha out and changed.  Then went to Meijers to meet up with everyone who was riding their motorcycles to Owosso.  We had a nice lunch at a really nice restaurant called Greg and Lou's.  After we left there, we went home again to change and let Mocha out and then headed to G's Pizzeria to meet with Pastor Ken, Joan, LA Joiner, and the elders and their wives.  We had great pizza and then had a meeting.
Came home, watched the news and Beaver.

Yummy ice cream on the way home.  Look how much bigger dad's cone is. Ha Ha.  They really
are the same size.  This place is beautiful with lots of flowers, sidewalk chalk for kids to use, hula hoops for kids to use, and beautiful trees and scenery.

Went to church at 8:30 this morning for a leaders meeting with L A Joiner.  It was a great teaching and we had a wonderful chicken dinner there for our lunch break. When we got home we decided to go for a motorcycle ride.  Called Kimmy and they were home, so we went there.  Sat on the deck and visited, held the newborn kittens and took a nice walk through their woods. Jacob caught a couple of tree frogs and walked around with one on his arm.  On the way home we stopped at Cottage Creamery for an ice cream cone!  They have my favorite ice cream and its homemade!  I got chocolate raspberry.  It is such a fun and beautiful place too!  Got home and went to get gas in the car and tanks.  Transplanted some hostas when I got home and dug  out some wheels.

Papa and Peyton having fun on the scooter!
She loved riding today!

Papa and Isaac

Mocha likes the good life!

Peyton and Isaac swinging

My oriole was back today!  He brought another oriole with him, but I was too late to get a pic.

Vikki and I walked at Sports Zone while Papa watched Peyton and Isaac.  We walked three miles, rode the stationary bike 2 miles, did chest crunches and total abdomen machine.  Vikki did stairs while I walked a lap.  She was tired after that, but we still did another mile.  Came to my house and had lunch and then sat on the swing on the deck while the kids jumped on the trampoline.

Isaac and Peyton on the rail trail.

This was along the trail.  It has a ladder half way up.

Peyton loved it when we got to sit on a bench along the trail.

I always loved these umbrella plants when I was little.  Had to get a picture by them.

I look pretty happy while my bottom is getting wet from sitting there.

Love seeing orioles at my feeder.

Got up and spent time worshipping.  Love the worship music on my phone by Central Worship.  Thanks Kimmy and family for the I tunes card and thanks Vikki for letting me know about this wonderful worship.  Vikki called and wanted me to walk with her.  I called Hopevale to see if we could park their and they said yes.  Said they would tell their maintenance man not to leave a note on our cars.  We met there and got Peyton and Isaac in the stroller and headed out.  We were going to walk to Mackinaw Rd., but Vikki and I talked and decided to go to Bay Rd.  We ended up at Culver's and had a salad.  The kids split a happy meal and ice cream.  The girl working there remembered Vikki was Kenzie's mom.  We had a really nice manager taking care of us.  He wiped up the kids spilled water and opened the door for Vikki when we left.  We walked back and ended up going over 6 miles.  Pushing the stroller gave us extra exercise.  Came home and did some work on cards for faith Riders.  Went to our chapter meeting.  Sold some dangles there.
