Picture of my sweet baby, Vikki sent me. He’s spending the night at his Grammy's
We got a couple of inches of snow last night, so Bill shoveled the deck, walkways and snowblower the driveway.
This is what it looked like on the other side of the house
Charlie drove on the way there.  It was a messy drive with lots of splashing from cars and trucks we passed or that passed us
Bill driving on the way home.  It was misting some and we still got splashed lots.
They got more snow than us in Ann Arbor.  That’s ok!  They can have it!

We got ready early in case Charlie wanted to leave earlier for his appt. because of the snow.  Bill got busy clearing the driveway and sidewalks and then took the garbage out.  We read our Bibles, then Sue called to see if we could leave at 11 instead of 11:30.  I told her we got ready early just in case they wanted to leave early.  Charlie drove on the way down to U of M Hospital.  He stopped at Tim Horton’s for coffee for them and a smoothie for me.
We got almost to the Expressway entrance and the tire pressure light came on.  Then Charlie and Bill thought they should drive over to Discount Tire and have it checked out.  The guy checked it and didn’t see anything wrong, so put air in it and we headed on our way.  Never had any more problems with it so we were thankful for that.  We got to the hospital, parked, went in and got to the waiting room, and about 10 minutes later they called Charlie in.  He had a good appointment and the doctor said he was an example because it’s been 3 1/2 years since his esophageal cancer surgery.

We left, and Bill drove home.  It was still messy out.  Got up to 36 degrees, so at least we didn’t have to worry about icy roads.  We stopped in Bridgeport at the Cracker Barrel and had some great food.  Our waiter didn’t write any of our orders down and he remembered everything correctly.  He did the same thing for the tables around us.  He was amazing.  Charlie gave him $20 because he was so impressed with him.  We all were.  He was pretty young and graduated from Heritage.  We all enjoyed our food.  Everything was delicious.  We all took leftovers home.  We looked around in the gift shop.  They have some beautiful things there.  We left without buying anything.  Charlie drove the rest of the way home.  Thy dropped us off, then went home.  They are such great friends who are like family.   I checked on them to make sure they were in the house safely.

Worked on crocheting the bag holder for Vikki.
