Tues., 9/3/24, We packed up, walked around and say goodbyes, then left for home around 10:30. It was a nice ride home, and good to get home. I let all the girls know we were home, then we unpacked the camper. I tried to catch up on blogs and did a Facebook post.

We slept in til 8, then got up and Bill packed the outside stuff and I packed up the inside stuff.  It doesn’t take long with the motorhome.  Our friends who stayed til today were all packing up too.  Some came to our camper to say good bye and we went to others to say goodbye so we didn’t miss anyone.  It was a great time at the Rally for all of us.

We had a good ride home.  Another beautiful day with great temperatures in the 70’s.  We called Sue and checked on her.  She’s doing very well under the circumstances which makes us very happy.  I let the girls all know we were home.  We unloaded the camper when we got home.  We left our CMA stuff and food that we could out there for our next trip next weekend. to the UP.  Knowing more people now makes this traveling and camping so much more fun.

Kimmy called me and told me they have Covid.  She didn’t sound real good, but said she’s doing ok.  I will sure be glad when they are all better.  Adam has started his therapy, so he needs to be well to do that.  I sure am praying for each of them to be healed quickly.  So thankful we have been gone and haven’t been around them.  I sure love them and want them to be better.  I am missing them and now have to wait to be able to see them.

Jane, our National Evangelist, texted me when they got home.  They left the day before us but have a long drive so got home today.  They had an opportunity to pray with a young girl who Jay changed a tire for.  God opportunities!

In the evening, we made steaks on the grill and had baked red potatoes and corn on the cob from the garden.  We used our new electric grill and it worked great.  After that we  relaxed and caught up on some stuff.  Caught up on some of my blogs.
